Most retailers have to send the product back to the manufacturer to get the product inspected and then repaired. An inspection may find that the cost of repair is greater or near to the cost of a replacement - you don't want to wait 10 days to find that out. At Infantasia we can inspect your product when you walk into the store and are able to repair within a couple of hours. We are an authorised repair agent for Maclaren and have permission from other make or manufacturers to repair on site.
