Infantasia is using PayPal and WorldPay to process your order. They are both world
wide trusted system.

Making a Purchase
It is easy to make a purchase on our website. Browse our categories on the left-hand
menu of the website, and click on the category then the item(s) you wish to buy,
click on the “Add to Order” button, and this will automatically place the goods
into your shopping basket. To view the contents of your order, click ”View Order”
on the left-hand bottom corner of our website. Click on ”View Order” to check
out at the end of your shopping and you will have to enter some details in order
to pay. If you find it difficult to shop in our website, please do not hesitate

hours only) so we can help to make your shopping with us an enjoyable experience.

Your payment is debited upon placing your order so we can secure the items with
the suppliers.

Shipping & Handling
Usually we are using the couriers Parcelforce or DHL, who will deliver directly
to your door normally within 24 hours of despatch. Smaller items (under 1kgs)
are normally sent via Royal Mail. Please note that deliveries usually occurred
between 9am and 5pm. We can offering evening or Saturday delivery for an extra
courier fee, if this is more convenient. Please email us at enquiry@infantasia.co.uk

FREE delivery only over £100 order within the UK.
For orders outside of UK, please email us prior to order. Please email us for
shipping costs which vary and are weight dependant.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using PayPal and WorldPay
system.

Infantasia does not disclose in any case any information about its customer's
to any third party. The only exception to this rule is for our couriers' delivery
requirements.

that you might recall this information.
Infantasia will never send you junk emails. You will only be sent email regarding
your order with us. You should keep those emails for further use.
